Delivery
Orders placed before 1:30 pm ship the same day; after that, the next business day. During sales, summer and Christmas, carriers may run late.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. Opened cosmetics and unsealed intimate items can't be returned (hygiene). Manufacturing-defect warranty: 24 months from receipt. Contact customer service with your order number for a return number (NR); return postage is at your cost, refunds within 30 days. Original shipping is not refunded.
