How Soft Paris Works Today: the Shop, the Parties, the Advisors
For years, Soft Paris lived at four different addresses. An online shop on one side. An intranet for advisors on another. A separate space for hostesses. And a brochure site that talked about the Maison without selling anything. Four passwords, four logics, four places to look for the same order.
There is only one now.
This is not a redesign. It is the same Maison, with a single door. Here is how it works today.
What is Soft Paris?
Since 2006, Soft Paris has been the Maison du Féminin Sacré. Lingerie, cosmetics, accessories, rituals — sold online and in your home, by independent advisors. Half a million customers since the beginning, thirteen and a half thousand advisors trained in France.
We do not sell. We awaken.
What is a Soft Paris party?
An advisor, your friends, the pieces to try on, at your place. From six friends — not a quota to fill, a floor for the evening to exist.
What changed is the hostess's place in it. Before, she asked, then waited: a date someone confirmed for her, an order whose progress she learned by telephoning. Now she picks her date, follows her party, chooses her theme, sees what has been ordered and what is left to settle. She is no longer a spectator at her own evening.
Try-ons happen in a closed room, one guest at a time. Orders are placed individually. Nobody sees what your friend ordered.
How do I buy online?
One site, one account, two languages.
The change isn't the shop — it is that the same account now carries everything: what you buy online, what you order at a party, your past orders, your returns, your exchanges with customer service. One address, one password, one history.
How do I find my size?
This is the change we are proudest of, and the least spectacular.
The old shop displayed an internal code. It wrote 70A where French sizing says 85A — the cup
figure in a country that counts the underbust. Customers were ordering a size they had never worn.
The guide no longer converts: it measures. Bust, underbust, waist — and it answers for that garment, not in general. The diagrams are drawn to scale. Your measurements are kept in your account so you don't take them again each time.
What is a ritual?
Ten editions guided by intention rather than category. You are not looking for an aisle, you are looking for a mood: a slow night, a moment alone, a first time, a gift.
How does delivery work?
Neutral parcel, no logo, no mention of the contents. Ordered before 1:30 pm, shipped the same day. Returns within 14 days, 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
In mainland France, delivery is free from €100. Below that it depends on the mode: from €3.50 if your order travels grouped with the party's, from €8.50 if it is delivered to your own address.
On a grouped order the confidential parcel is included, free: your purchases are handed to the hostess in a sealed pouch bearing your name, whose contents she never sees.
Outside mainland France — Corsica, the overseas departments, the islands — delivery is priced by parcel weight rather than order value, because that is what the carrier charges us. The exact rate is shown before you order, on the Payments, delivery & returns page, which also has a calculator.
How do I become an advisor?
Under the VDI status — independent home-sales representative. Three ways to earn: the margin on what sells in the room, 24 to 36 % depending on your monthly sales; a web commission at the same rate on your personal link; and a team commission if you build one.
Three ways to start: the Licence at €29, the Kit Brillant Départ at €198, the Kit Liberté at €599.
We share the network's real curves before you sign. And we promise nothing. It is all set out on the Advisor page.
Who is Mater?
The mother of the Maison. A guide who knows the catalogue and the real stock.
Three things are worth saying, because they are verifiable. She only suggests what is in stock — never a piece that has sold out. Every reference she mentions is re-checked before it is shown to you. And you are always the one who adds: she suggests, she never adds for you.
Since 2006, Soft Paris has been the Maison du Féminin Sacré.
