The warranty, against manufacturing defects.
Every Soft Paris product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects — including hidden defects that make a product unfit for use, as required by law. We repair, replace or refund. The windows and conditions are on the Return, exchange and claim page — the only place they are written.
Not covered
- · Accidental damage, misuse, or use not in line with the instructions.
- · Removing the battery, disassembling, or otherwise manipulating the product — this voids the warranty.
