Every Soft Paris product is guaranteed 24 months from receipt against manufacturing defects — including hidden defects that make a product unfit for use, as required by law. We repair, replace or refund.
Not covered
- · Accidental damage, misuse, or use not in line with the instructions.
- · Removing the battery, disassembling, or otherwise manipulating the product — this voids the warranty.
