Outside mainland France, delivery is priced by parcel weight, not by order value — that is what the carrier charges us. Free delivery from €100 therefore does not apply to these destinations: a parcel to the Caribbean or the Pacific genuinely costs tens of euros, and we cannot absorb it. There is no carrier choice either: it is Colissimo Outre-mer, the only one serving these territories. French Guiana is listed separately because its transit time is markedly longer than the other overseas departments.
We don't ship to PO boxes or APO-FPO addresses. Destinations not listed above are not served.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. Opened cosmetics and unsealed intimate items can't be returned (hygiene). Manufacturing-defect warranty: 24 months from receipt. Contact customer service with your order number for a return number (NR); return postage is at your cost, refunds within 30 days. Original shipping is not refunded.
