What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit. It lets the site recognise your browser and remember certain information during your visit or on later visits.

The cookies we use

We only use first-party cookies, essential to the site or to its basic functions. These cookies do not require consent.

• Sign-in (sb-…) — keeps your session while you are signed in (account, portal). Strictly necessary.
• spp_locale — remembers your chosen language (French / English).
• spp_referral_code — keeps, for 180 days, the advisor link you arrived through, so your order or application is credited to her. Internal, never shared with third parties.
• spp_lead_invite — keeps a personal invitation for 30 days, to pre-fill your sign-up.

Your cart does not use a cookie: it is kept in your browser's local storage (spp_cart_v1) and is never sent to third parties.

Audience measurement — only with your agreement

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used and improve it. These cookies are only set after your explicit agreement, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and no measurement takes place; if you refuse, your choice is remembered and you are not asked again.

• _ga, _ga_… — distinguish visitors in order to measure traffic. Lifetime: 13 months (the maximum recommended by the CNIL). Set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept.

Advertising personalisation and Google advertising signals remain switched off: this data serves audience measurement, not targeting. No advertising cookie is set without the separate agreement described below.

Advertising measurement — only with your agreement

When we run ads on Google, we would like to know whether they lead to a request or an order on this site (conversion measurement). This is a separate agreement from audience measurement, asked in the same banner, and refusable just as simply.

• _gcl_au (and where applicable _gac_…) — links a visit that came from a Google ad to a request or an order. Lifetime: about 90 days. Set only after your agreement for this purpose.

With this agreement, measurement events (request sent, order paid) are shared with Google Ads through the link between our accounts. No ad personalisation, no retargeting audiences: Google advertising signals remain switched off.

Managing cookies

You can change each of your choices at any time — audience measurement and advertising measurement, independently — from this page, at the end of this section, or set your browser to accept, refuse or delete cookies. Withdrawing an agreement also deletes the corresponding cookies. Refusing strictly necessary cookies may impair the site (sign-in, crediting your advisor).
