Coming back to Soft Paris: what has changed since you left

What former advisors ask us most often when we call them, and what we tell them.

One account

The intranet on one side and the shop on the other are gone. Everything is in one account on softparis.com: your parties, your clients, your orders, your earnings, your training. Many former advisors log back in with their old details. If not, the customer service helps you on the phone to log in the first time.

Simpler parties

The party is still the heart of the activity. What changes is everything around it. You create the party in your account, and a QR code goes to the hostess and to her guests. Each guest creates her account, fills in her BdC online and pays it through a payment link. The hostess's gift is worked out by itself. You no longer type orders in by hand the next day.

Orders can also be delivered straight to your clients, in a confidential parcel. For Céline, who came back after a break, that was the change that brought relief: before, she handled them herself.

Selling at a distance too

Not all your clients can come to a party. For them there is Love Coaching (LCP): 15 minutes on the phone or by video, one client at a time, one order in her name.

You also have your own web page, with your photo and your words, and your links to share. An order placed through your link earns you your web commission.

There are online training sessions every week, and the Training lessons are waiting for you in your account.

Starting again at your own pace

There are three ways to start again: the Licence, the Kit Brillant Départ or the Kit Liberté. Their prices and contents are on the advisor page. Your documents are in your account too, if you need them: your pre-deduction statements and your certificate of cessation of activity.

Never alone

The customer service calls you, calls you back and helps you through your first login. Your leader, if you have one, stays by your side. And Mater answers your questions in your account, at any hour.
