Data protection

To receive, invoice and prepare your order, we need certain data about each client. This information stays confidential and is used only to fulfil the order placed.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French act n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them: with an account, "Manage consents", "Export my data" and "Delete my account", in "Profile" › "Preferences & Consent", each open a request to customer service; without an account, write to us via the Contact page. You can also register free of charge on Bloctel, the telephone-marketing opposition list.

When you write to us through a form, we ask — optionally — how you heard about Soft Paris. The answer is used only to understand which channels bring people to us (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6-1-f); it is never used to target advertising at you. Any free text you add is deleted after 24 months. Please do not name another person in it.

If you have given us your date of birth, we also use it to wish you a happy birthday by email.

Your conversations with Mater are kept to answer you and to check Mater's answers. You can ask for them to be erased, in the same way as for your other data.

If you are thinking of becoming an advisor, the advisor who meets you for your interview (the Soft Dating) notes your answers: your occupation, your home-selling experience, what draws you, your goals, your availability and, if you tell her, your age bracket and family situation. These answers are used to support your start and to better understand who joins us (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6-1-f); they never contain anything about your health. You can see, correct or have them erased, in the same way as your other data.

Discretion

All Soft Paris parcels are delivered in full confidence and discretion, in neutral outer packaging. The sender shown on parcels is "SP Parties".

Home-sales purchases

The discretion of your purchases at a party is ensured by the fact that orders are placed individually in a private space. The confidential package is always included, free of charge, in the party's grouped parcel: your purchases are wrapped and sealed in a bag in your name.
